Erfaring og baggrund

Jeg er klientdirektør og autoriseret arbejdspsykolog med erfaring inden for ledelsesevaluering, udvikling og organisationsforandring. Størstedelen af min karriere er blevet brugt i London, hvor jeg har arbejdet for forskellige internationale konsulentvirksomheder. Jeg har dog også tilbragt tid med at bo og arbejde som ledelseskonsulent i Hongkong. Igennem størstedelen af min karriere har jeg designet, faciliteret og ledet ledelses- og talentløsninger på tværs af regioner og har nydt de mange tværkulturelle indsigter, disse har givet.

Min primære rolle i Mannaz er at hjælpe organisationer med at nå deres mål gennem forbedret ledelse. Jeg føler mig heldig over at kunne anvende både mine kommercielle erfaringer og min baggrund inden for anvendt psykologi til dette – opbygning af kapacitet, ændring af organisationskultur og skabe fremdrift for store forandringer. Min største glæde professionelt set er at se den bredere indvirkning af vores arbejde og opbygge de tillidsfulde klientrelationer, der muliggør succes.
