Coaching

The Mannaz approach to coaching

Mannaz believes that coaching is the single most effective tool in supporting and anchoring organisational change and leadership development. Coaching transforms through personal attention and practical application.

The Mannaz coaching approach assumes that all individuals are talented. Our coaching supports their talent and expedites the unlocking of their own unique style for becoming an effective and impactful leader. We do this through supporting the individual as their authentic selves, challenging their assumptions and blockers, and applying the coaching in practical actions. We work within the real-world context of organisations, teams and individuals so that every level is moving towards the desired business goals.
