Mannaz’s 360° Leadership Profile – Advanced is an assessment that provides personal feedback on your strengths and development/learning areas.

The research-based assessment is specifically designed for experienced leaders and therefore has a special focus on the challenges faced by experienced leaders.

Assessment based on research and experience

Mannaz 360° Leadership Profile – Advanced is based on Mannaz’s extensive knowledge and experience in leadership and management development in public, private, and international companies for over 30 years. The assessment is also research-based and incorporates both Danish and international studies and literature.

The 360° assessment includes three main categories with 21 underlying leadership competencies. Each competency is clarified through six behaviour-related questions. These competencies are critically important in handling leadership tasks today and in the future.

Mannaz 360° Advanced is validated and continually undergoing quality development.

This is how your 360° Leadership Profile Advanced assessment works

You receive an email with a link to complete your personal assessment and register your respondents.
The selected respondents receive a link to the survey via email, which is conducted online.
The selected respondents complete the assessment online—where and when they prefer (it takes approximately 20-30 minutes).
The selected respondents have 3 weeks to complete the survey.
We prepare the interpretation of your assessment (it takes about 60 minutes).
We will contact you to arrange a date for your feedback session with one of our consultants. The session takes place virtually/online.
The consultant and you will hold your feedback session, where you will focus on your strengths and development potential (it takes about 2 hours).

For the test, you need a computer with internet access.

All our consultants are certified in using Mannaz’s 360° Leadership Profile Advanced assessment.

Who can benefit from the test?

Mannaz 360° Leadership Profile Advanced test is for experienced leaders.

The test measures the competencies that are critically important in handling leadership tasks today and in the future.

The test can be included in coaching as part of a leadership development programme.
