Experience

I have a great passion for working with leadership and competence development. I teach at the Mannaz Leadership Education and have designed and implemented leadership development programs in many different organizations and industries for many years. I work with leaders at all levels, from highly experienced leaders to team leaders. This includes both competence development and individual coaching.

Well-being and a good working environment in groups and teams are another area where I have extensive experience. Finally, I am involved in process facilitation. In addition to teaching at Mannaz’s systemically grounded process consultant education and providing custom process consultant training for organizations and companies, I facilitate meetings and processes for larger groups. For example, employee seminars or innovative development processes.

In the context of teaching, I am particularly focused on involving participants and ensuring that they apply theory to practice for the benefit of better leadership, collaboration, and results.
