Mannaz Digital - Your e-learning partner
Mannaz Digital is the department of Mannaz which designs all our digital, blended and virtual learning journeys – both in Learning and Consulting.
Our great selection of digital services consists of different learning platforms, -methods, -formats, -modules and -principles. All technological options are assesed and applied if deemed relevant, when we customize programmes for our clients.
Choice of method based on learning goals
A programme may consists of everything from traditional e-learning to a more coherent process with focus on interaction, where partipants are given the opportunity to influence the learning journey as they go.
To us the goal is always to find the right method for the particular learning our clients require – whether that be traditional/physical, digital/virtual learning methods or a combination of the two.

“One size does not fit all. It is essential to us to look into what reality our clients are facing, when we design learning programmes.”
What are the advantages of digital learning?
Flexibility
Digital and virtual learning programmes have a flexible format, where participants can access a digital learning space in their own pace, as knowledge is available when they need it. In online programmes, participants can also receive sparring with shorter intervals than in a programme with physical attendance. This ensures that we as consultants can help participants with the dilemmas and complications they meet in their everyday lives, as the programme progresses.
Differentiated education
Digital modules might individualize and customize the programmes to the needs and level of prior knowledge for the individual participant. Although participants might have to parttake in the same classes, they do not necessarily need to access the same knowledge at the same time. In Mannaz, we differentiate our teaching and the available knowledge for the individual participant. This will only become more pronounced in the future.
Longer lasting learning
A third advantage of the digital and virtual learning programmes is that participants remember the learnings for a longer period of time. Still, it requires that the programmes are arranged with the right balance between digital and virtual participation.
A well-proven competence at Mannaz
Educating 2.500 employees
One of our clients were entering a longer journey towards a strategic objective and needed to involve 2.500 employees in five learning modules with scenarios, theory and reflection in own context – of course adapted to fit all screen sizes.
It would not have been possible to fly out this many employees to the same location. But with our digital learning modules, we managed to educate all employees in the same performance management reform and simultaneously ensured an individual take on the learnings.
An entire year of learning for 70 leaders
Mannaz is helping a large Danish biopharma organisation that is in the middle of a larger transitioning process. 70 top managers and directors followed Mannaz’s blended learning programme, which extends over an entire year.
All 70 leaders follows personalized learning programmes that are available at all times on their personal and digital platform.
The design further supports the social learning with a focus on sparring on particular projects that each leader has identified as a focus area for their learning process.
100 talents, 7 competencies, & measurement
One of the world’s largest car manufacturers has a partnership with Mannaz. We design and facilitate their programme for over 100 leading talents.
In our blended design there is particularly a focus on seven specific competencies which the talent programme strengthen further. The development is tracked digitally through online measurement on the learning platform, where the talents can identify strenghts as well as areas with room for development.
The programme is supplemented by facilitated virtual sessions which of course accounts for potential difference in timezones.
”A programme may consists of everything from traditional e-learning to a more coherent process with focus on interaction, where partipants are given the opportunity to influence the learning journey as they go.”
Blended learning
The best of both worlds
Preference for a physical or digital way of learning is very individual. There are advantages and disadvantages with both formats. Therefore, you can get the best of both worlds in Mannaz Digital’s blended learning programme. In this programme, we determine which particular elements that are best suited for the two formats.
Network and new relations
A blended learning programme often starts in the physical space, where you get to know eachother and establish a common knowledge base. After this, a number of individual or small group online sessions follows, where the responsibility for leading the meeting takes turn to ensure that everyone takes on a responsibility and does not hide in the virtual space.
Practice-oriented learning
Between the sessions, each participant will have to invest a relatively large effort in their everyday lives in order to test the new knowledge. Still, the motivation lies in the fact, that this is knowledge that is directly applicable to their jobs. Additionally, we offer online individual sparring throughout the course of the programme.

You learn to learn online
When Mannaz Digital designs digital learning programmes, we are very attentive of the participants’ level of technological experience and skills. We have good experience with running short techical introductions for the programme, where you apply the digital and virtual functions. The participants are also given a general introduction on how to best collaborate and learn, when learning is digital and virtual, as this is a different and for some unfamiliar way of learning.
Not just a transfer
Some assume that it is faster and more efficient to just “simply” run a physical learning programme in a digital format, but we do not agree. What functioned properly in the physical space rarely function well, if you just transfer the content directly to a digital platform.
It is necessary to think in new learning methods, formats and principles. The programme might still extend over three days, but it needs to be put together in a different and carefully considered manner. That is always our starting poitn, when we design digital and virtual learning programmes.
Use of data in your learning programme
A much more comprehensive use of data in virtual and digital learning programmes is a development that Mannaz Digital is currently engaged in. It is interesting for businesses with employees in a development programme, as it provides the opportunity to spot individual lack of competencies and so provides participants with access to the exact knowledge and tools that are necessary in order to improve their level and develop them in the right direction.
Besides, the business is given the opportunity to look into, who participated in which modules, and how well the employees are absorbing knowledge by for example providing scenarios and quizzes throughout the process.
