I have more than 20 years of project management and leadership experience from blue chip companies. Before joining the Mannaz organisation I have held senior management and project management positions in Carlsberg, Dyrup, Hempel and DS Smith Packaging.
In Mannaz, I work as a trainer, facilitator and consultant within project management and leadership training. I have been responsible for a large number of leadership programmes, project management programmes and strategy courses for both senior managers and project managers, as well as employees who have just started their career.
I have immense experience within manufacturing, engineering, pharma, the public sector, as well as extensive international experience; especially from Europe, China and the Middle East.
I hold a Masters degree in Marketing & Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School, plus a number of courses and certifications within leadership programmes and project management programmes such as Mannaz 360-degree Project Leadership Profile, 360-degree Leadership Profile, Half Double Practitioner and Half Double One Star Trainer.
Uanset om man er topleder, mellemleder eller medarbejder, har de fleste medvirket til implementering af ny strategi. Og kadencen for design og implementering af nye strategier synes at stige i takt med fremkomsten af nye teknologier, opkøb, integrationer, globalisering og ændrede konkurrencesituationer. For både medarbejdere og ledere kan det at skulle implementere en ny strategi med de tilhørende forandringer byde på store udfordringer – men også store muligheder.
