    “Everything DiSC®” is one of the world’s most popular personality profiling tools because it is very easy to use. By using the tool, an employee can quickly understand their behavioural profile and the prominent personality traits within them.

    When you have an “Everything DiSC®” profile created at Mannaz, you also receive a practical action plan for self-development and/or groups within your company, depending on the number of “Everything DiSC®” analyses purchased.

    What can you use "Everything DiSC®" profiles for?

    Employee Development Meeting (EDM)

    The “Everything DiSC®” profile focuses on employees’ behaviour in specific situations, providing a solid foundation for constructive dialogues between managers and employees.

    The profile also reveals the employee’s work-life priorities and preferences, offering valuable insights for effective leadership moving forward.

    Situational leadership

    None of your employees are the same. They need to be led differently based on their current work situation and their personality.

    Profiles are an effective starting point when mapping your employees’ personal profiles. It provides valuable insight because it also helps you understand why cooperation in some places just takes off, while in other places, it has hit a wall.

    Job interviews

    The “Everything DiSC®” profile can be a valuable tool for job interviews.

    Many companies already use the profile in the recruitment process to assist managers and HR in finding the right candidate for the position.

    The “Everything DiSC®” analysis can be used, for example, in the second interview, where the selected candidates who have progressed from the first interview are invited. Based on this, the company can assess whether the candidates’ profiles match the desired profile for the position.

    This is how your "Everything DiSC®" assessment works

    1. You receive a link to the test via email.
    2. You complete the test online – at your convenience (it takes about 20-30 minutes).
    3. You have a maximum of 14 days to complete the test.
    4. We prepare the interpretation of your personal profile (it takes about 30 minutes).
    5. We will contact you to arrange a date for your feedback session with one of our consultants. The session takes place virtually/online.
    6. The consultant and you will hold your feedback session, where you will focus on your strengths and development potential (it takes about 1 hour).

    For the test, you will need a computer with internet access.
