What skills and capabilities do you needto create the impact you want?
We need strategies and skills to tackle the complex and often paradoxical and unpredictable problems if we want to create impact for the planet, people or profit in our world of today.
Inner Development Goals:
A framework of 5 categories and 23 skills
By developing our personal capacity for complexity awareness, perspective taking, compassion and co-creation, we can start operating at a new level – as individuals and as organisations.
The framework of Inner Development Goals (IDG) consists of 5 science-based categories with 23 skills and capabilities, which are considered critical to succesfully steer sustainable transformations and navigate complex organisational realities into impact.
The 5 categories create a comprehensive framework that shows how we need to develop cognitive, emotional and relational skills to succeed in working with complex challenges.
During autumn 2022 an IDG Field-kit with selected methods and insights on how to integrate IDGs in one’s organizations is launched.

The purpose has been to explore what personal leadership skills and capabilities are needed to succeed with the 17 Sustainability Development Goals, as well as the other complex challenges of our time.
