It combines an intense 3.5-day residential Cambridge programme with a series of 1-day deep dives and leadership labs and action learning to support the executives in developing their leadership and business.
The University of Cambridge, CISL, provides world-class insight for business, policymakers and financial institutions on topics of strategic global foresight, business strategy, and sustainability as a driver of competitiveness. Module 2 is devoted to immersing in The University of Cambridge’s expertise and the sparring with a global network of executives.
Mannaz equips leaders to excel by focusing on strategic thinking and execution in their contexts gaining outside-in perspectives from Mannaz consultants and executive peers on their leadership roles, challenges, and opportunities. We do this in Module 3-5 in a combination of deep dives into key topics and leadership labs.
Deep dive topics will include a systemic approach – strategy execution through collaboration in the value chain and industry, sector and ecosystems – and the rethinking of human and AI collaboration and having a clear inner compass to navigate in high complexity.
The programme has a strong action learning approach where leaders work in depth with their own challenges both in modules and in their contexts. In Modules 3-5, dedicated leadership labs will spotlight participants, ensuring that all participants benefit from in-depth, personalised development.
The prioritisation and depth of the various themes will be tailored to reflect the group’s interests and current challenges. Module 6 takes place after a 4 months period to support the executives creating lasting impact.
As an optional, extra package, we offer a Hogan assessment, a Hogan feedback session as well as a Hogan follow-up coaching session as a personal part of this programme.
Hogan’s personal assessment tools are a suite of workplace psychometric tests including the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), which measures “bright-side” personality traits; the Hogan Development Survey (HDS), which identifies potential “derailers” or negative behaviors under stress; and the Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI), which assesses core values and what drives an individual.
