Your virtual course
Draw on Mannaz' experience
At Mannaz, the vast majority of courses and education programmes can be delivered as virtual sessions.
We have many years of experience in conducting virtual courses for international customers based in several locations around the globe.
This is also possible when you choose an internal course.
What is a virtual session?
A virtual session is held as a virtual meeting via the platform that makes the most sense in each case. It can be via Zoom, MS Teams, Adobe Connect or another meeting software, always with a “live” facilitator and a producer who facilitate and teach together. A virtual session creates a different learning environment than the physical course. Hence, we can´t transfer all elements 1:1. Virtual sessions require a different design and organisation.
Therefore, we will often divide the session into chunks of two hours with assignments in between, send people into virtual learning groups and in general make sure that the virtual learning space is used in the best possible way.

Choose time and place that suits you
We have over 300 facilitators, and we will always find a solution that suits you. The starting point for a specific offer is a meeting with Mannaz (including covering your organisation’s needs). Thereafter we will present and adjust the offer. This meeting is, of course, free of charge for you.
Shared learning provides community
An internal course provides a common anchoring of what has been learned, a common foundation and a common direction. It strengthens your organisation through the development of individual competencies and is based on an approach to learning and development that integrates both the business and the human aspects.
The content can be tailored to suit your needs
The content of all our courses can be tailored to your specific organisation to a greater or lesser degree. It can be based on an existing course from our portfolio or it can be a completely tailored consulting service to meet your specific wishes and needs.

Virtual meetings: How to succeed
The ability to conduct effective and engaging online meetings is getting increasingly important. The outbreak of COVID-19 means we need to be able to do more work virtually and, given the context of the climate crisis, we simply cannot remain dependent on physical meetings. An added bonus is that virtual meetings save time, as there is no transport.

Do you often get frustrated that others misunderstand what you are saying? Learn to manage and alter your communication so that you communicate in ways that your recipients will understand. This course focuses on behaviour, body language, emotions, and more.
Frequently asked questions
Who attends an internal course?
You decide for yourself – it can be managers, specialists, project managers etc. The participants can all come from the same department, the same function or you can gather teams across different locations.
We often hold an internal course for a management team to strengthen unity. But it’s up to you.
How many can participate?
It depends on the purpose and the content of the course.
There is usually no financial advantage for less than 6 participants, but if you prefer a smaller team, we are happy to do it.
If you would like to gather a very large team, we can find more consultants so that the team can alternate between presentations in plenary and exercises in small groups.
Should it always take place at our company’s facilities?
No, it’s up to you. We are happy to find facilities for you or hold the course in the facilities you may provide yourself.
Do you only hold internal courses in Denmark?
No, we can deliver worldwide. Mannaz has over 300 associates worldwide. No matter where you want to hold your courses, we can deliver. Just contact us and we will find a solution for you.
What does an internal course cost?
It depends on the content and the number of days, participants, teachers, etc. When you are six or more people, it pays off to do an internal course rather than using Mannaz’ open courses.
