I possess a high degree of diplomacy and the ability to establish connections and work at all levels of an organisation, as well as across sectors and areas of expertise.
I design and facilitate engagement processes so that people step forward and make a difference by contributing their commitment, skills, ideas, and actions.

As sustainability is one of the greatest challenges we face, I am dedicated to making a difference on the sustainability agenda. Another key challenge and opportunity of our time is AI. This makes leading humans & AI and their collaboration a central part of leadership. I enjoy leading some of our client work related to AI, leadership, and transformations.

I work internationally. The list of countries I have facilitated in includes Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, France, Germany, Poland, Switzerland, UK, Turkey, Thailand, Canada, and the US.
