I have a high degree of diplomacy and ability to connect and work within all levels of an organisation, as well as across sectors and areas of expertise. I design and facilitate involvement processes, so people step up and make a difference by contributing with their engagement, skills, ideas, and action.

With sustainability being one of the biggest challenges of our time, I am dedicated to making a difference on the sustainability agenda. I work closely with businesses and organisations as a consultant. I am also the lead lecturer on open enrollment programmes in Sustainability Transformation and ESG. Including programmes in collaboration with Danish Industry and UN Global Compact. I am an external lecturer at the Master course in Project and Change Management, Roskilde University Center.

I work internationally and it shows inthe list of countries I have facilitated in, namely Denmark, Norway, Sweden, France, Germany, Poland, Slovenia, Switzerland, UK, Thailand, Turkey, Canada & the US.
