The PMP® (Project Management Professional) course is a comprehensive training programme designed to equip project managers with the knowledge and skills required for successful project management based on the PMBOK® Guide – 7th Edition from PMI®.
The course provides you with a deep understanding of PMI® terminology and trains you to apply the method in practice.
The programme is based on internationally recognised standards and is the first step in your preparation for a certification exam as a Project Management Professional® (PMP®) at the Project Management Institute (PMI®). The second step is our PMP® Exam Preparation.
The course is conducted in English, unless all course participants are native Danish speakers. All materials etc. are in English.

This course is held over 5 days, divided into 2 modules.
During this course, you will be working on the PMI® theory (PMBOK®), including:
PMP® emphasises recognising project management as a professional discipline with standards, processes, and best practices. It underscores the importance of using documented methods and tools to effectively manage projects.
The themes in PMP® are created with a focus on validating and acknowledging the project manager’s abilities and competencies. PMP® material covers a wide range of topics in project management: project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure. There is also a focus on agile processes and the project manager as a skilled leader.

Project Management Institute (PMI®) is an American organisation dedicated to project management. PMI® is the largest American standard for project management and, therefore, has significant relevance in international companies.
This course is primarily for those with project management experience who want to improve their project management skills according to international best practices.
