What You Will Learn

The course covers all the topics contained in a PMP certification exam; topics that will make you a better and more structured project manager.

We will work in depth with:

  • PMI’s 7 domains and 6 principles that support effective and ethical project management.
  • You will learn to understand and use the plan-driven, detailed processes that ensure structure and predictability in the management of the project.
  • Agile project methodologies and tools that provide flexibility, iterative development and co-collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Hybrid project management principles
  • Exam preparation. We go through the PMP application, Content Outline, exam format, PMI mindset and exam tips to best prepare you for the entire process.

In the class, you will experience a mix of interactive teaching and group exercises.

On the course days, the most important theories and methods are reviewed together, and you will have the opportunity to ask the questions that have arisen during the reading. The rest is read as self-study between the modules and as a repetition before your chosen exam date.

Due to the amount of reading, we recommend that you sign up for the course during a period where you have time to prepare along the way. On the other hand, you will also feel that with this course, you are being taken by the hand and safely working your way towards a passed PMP exam.
