On Mannaz’ PMP® course, you’ll learn PMI®’s globally recognised project management standards. You’ll gain a solid understanding of PMI® terminology and practise applying the mindset, methods, and tools in real-world scenarios. Our training prepares you to lead predictive, agile, and hybrid projects. With in-depth knowledge of multiple approaches, you’ll be able to select, or combine, methods based on your project’s needs and complexity.
The course provides valuable tips, strategies, and study materials to help you navigate the PMI® framework and succeed in your PMP® exam. By the end of the programme, you’ll have the knowledge, skills, and confidence to sit your PMP® certification exam with PMI®.
The course is delivered in English but can be run in Danish for Danish-speaking groups. All course materials and the syllabus are in English.
The programme is based on the PMBOK® Guide – 7th Edition from PMI®.
The programme runs over five training days, split into two modules (3 days + 2 days) with about a month in between. Around three weeks before the first module, you’ll join a two-hour virtual kick-off session with your fellow participants.
This course meets PMI®’s requirement of 35 hours of targeted training to qualify for the PMP® exam.
