By combining the University of Cambridge’s research and insights with Mannaz’s systemic and human-centric perspective and practical methodologies, the programme delivers inspiring keynotes, interactive sessions, coaching, and peer-to-peer learning, culminating in the development of an actionable plan.

As an optional, extra package, we offer a Hogan assessment plus a Hogan feedback session plus a Hogan follow-up coaching session as a personal part of this programme.
Hogan’s personal assessment tools are a suite of workplace psychometric tests including the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), which measures “bright-side” personality traits; the Hogan Development Survey (HDS), which identifies potential “derailers” or negative behaviors under stress; and the Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI), which assesses core values and what drives an individual.
