I have led several successful leadership and organizational transformations, partly through my work as a strategic management consultant. Also, in my current role and previous positions as CEO, as well as leadership roles at the corporate level in HR. I have also served as the Head of Diversity & Inclusion for several years. I am the author of the book “Gid vi gad” (“If only we would – on the path to equality, diversity, and inclusion”). I find it meaningful supporting leaders and organizations on the D&I agenda. I believe that the key to healthy organizations and a sustainable future lies in understanding and harnessing the strength of diversity and inclusion. By daring to listen to different viewpoints from diverse stakeholders, we gear ourselves for success. Throughout my career, I have participated in various boards. Currently, I am a board member in Danish Industry Management advisors. My top priority is to ensure the continuous success of Mannaz – for the benefit of the numerous people and organizations we serve and collaborate with. This extends to the respect I hold for our employees, associates, and partners whose efforts each day make a positive difference.
Mangfoldighed og inklusion kommer ikke af sig selv. Det er noget, vi skaber sammen – for sammen kan vi mere.

2023 var på mange fronter et frygteligt år. Men vejen til fred og et bedre klima går bl.a. gennem ligestilling, skriver Marianne Egelund Siig i sit faste nytårsessay i POVInternational. Her tager hun året der er gået, under kritisk, kærlig og kompetent behandling.
I anledning af Copenhagen Pride har vi samlet to markante skikkelser i form af politisk forperson hos Copenhagen Pride, Lars Henriksen, og Marianne Egelund Siig, CEO hos Mannaz, til en dialog om diversitet, ligestilling og inklusion af LGBTQIA+-personer på arbejdspladsen.
