We were founded in Denmark as DIEU in 1975 specifically focusing on leadership education targeting engineers. In the mid 1980s Mannaz became one of the largest Open Enrolment providers within leadership, project management and personal development in Denmark, a position we still hold today.
During the 1990s we successfully delivered our first international and fully tailored executive development programmes in Europe, the US and China. Simultaneously we became ISO certified and started winning internationally recognised awards amongst others the EFQM European Quality Award for Business Excellence.
Throughout the 2000s, rapid international growth accelerated and offices opened in London, Hong Kong, Malmö and Copenhagen to support the expansion. During this time we received further international recognition as a recipient of the EFMD Excellence in Practice/Innovation in Learning Award.
In 2008 DIEU became Mannaz and the international journey continued unabated, engaging numerous Fortune 500 companies globally. In 2015 Mannaz was recognised for its unique learning methods, and granted the Excellence in Practice Gold Award (EiP) by EFMD.
Today, Mannaz is an international consultancy and amongst the largest specialist providers of organisational development, leadership development, talent development and change management. We are a team of more than 400 experts, consultants and facilitators and continue working with many of the world’s largest and most complex businesses.
