Line is primarily a consultant within Strategy & Organisational development.

Experience

I am a senior consultant at Mannaz and an experienced business psychologist, who has worked as an internal as well as external consultant in the private and public sector. In addition to this I have worked extensively as a coach.

From a holistic approach to an organisation and its members, my areas of expertise include strategic and organizational development, change management, leadership development, individual coaching and team development. Additionally, I facilitate on open enrollment and customized programmes where managers are taken a step further into the complex world of management and leadership.

I hold a M.Sc. degree in Psychology from the University of Aarhus and is authorized as a psychologist from the Ministry of Social Affairs.
