I am an organizational psychologist and management consultant specializing in leadership in complexity.
In my conversations with leaders and specialists, I help them articulate complex issues, create new meaning, and get to the essence. It comes naturally to me to be inquisitive and curious, assisting others in exploring and expressing their ideas and collaboratively finding creative solutions.
Through teaching, facilitation, and coaching, I assist organizations and groups in having meaningful conversations in a busy everyday life. Conversations that create space for paradoxes and contradictions; conversations that bring people closer together; conversations that foster new insights; conversations that are authentic and professional, and conversations that drive progress and action.
While I have a strong theoretical and analytical foundation, I work from a pragmatic and informal approach where the focus is on the outcome. The most important thing for me is to succeed in creating the desired movement in the organization.
