Nothing happens in isolation. I enjoy the complexity of helping organisations to grow in multiples areas – simultaneously.
Most of my time is spend supporting leaders, management teams and executive boards, in developing strong and sustainable organizations. I use an integrated approach to personal development along with organizational and business development.
I bring 16 years of active leadership in various positions as well as tools, concepts, and ways of understanding leadership. When I joined Mannaz, and started working with advisory and consultancy, I exclaimed repeatedly “I wish I had known this while I was a leader. It would have made my own leadership so much easier.” My aim has been to help leaders and organizations deal with complex ambitions and situations in an easy way for the last 7 years.
In my spare time I am happy sax player, and work as volunteer with development of young girls in Africa.
