Experience

Sarah Freiesleben helps teams scope and execute strategic transformation initiatives by helping them identify and act on good and bad patterns in their organization in systemically appropriate ways. With an advanced degree in linguistics and 18 years working on multi-national, cross-functional enterprise projects in a wide variety of industries, she believes we can (and must) solve better problems, better, by engaging actively with complexity. Her work is most often sits on the boundary between strategy execution, complex project and portfolio management, and change management. Sarah lives in Copenhagen, serves on the advisory board for the Pioneer Center for AI, is a guest lecturer at Danish Technical University for the Innovation and Engineering course, and is the author of the upcoming book: The Opposite of Noise: Engaging with Variety for Positive Change.
