Experience

I am an experienced consultant, facilitator, and coach with over 20 years of experience in both the private and public sectors. I can assist when difficult topics need to be discussed in your leadership group or company. I also have experience in designing and leading major changes and development processes in a way that creates real impact in the organization.

I work with change processes, organizational culture, leadership teams, leadership coaching, and process facilitation. I am used to facilitating specialists and leaders at all levels. In addition, I am the daily manager of Mannaz’s office in Aarhus and responsible for Mannaz’s process consultant education.

With my natural calmness, curiosity, and experience, I can create a safe space where everyone dares to contribute and dwell on what is essential. I strive to create an atmosphere that is ambitious but also informal and relaxed. It may be challenging, but preferably also a bit fun.

I am based on a solid theoretical foundation but prefer to speak a language that is easily understandable and at eye level with those I am talking to.

Procesfacilitering Samtalefaglighed styrker samarbejdet med de pårørende
på ældreområdet

Ældre og pårørende skal have mere selvbestemmelse og inddrages mere i tilrettelægningen af den pleje om omsorg, kommunerne skal levere i hjemmepleje og på plejecentre. Det er svært at være uenig i, men det stiller øgede krav til medarbejderne og deres kompetencer i kommunikation. Derfor har Norddjurs Kommune sammen med Mannaz udviklet en fælles værktøjskasse, som styrker samtalefagligheden hos medarbejderne og giver en bedre kommunikation med de pårørende.

Procesfacilitering Bolleveninder, spaghettigudstjeneste og proceskonsulenter

Svend Brinkmann havde for nylig et opslag på Instagram, hvor han uden videre sidestillede ordene ”bolleveninder, spaghettigudstjenesten og proceskonsulenter med ordet indvoldsorm” – som værende sprogets grimmeste ord (citeret efter Søren Ulrik Thomsen). Det fangede min opmærksomhed, da jeg selv arbejder som proceskonsulent og samtidig er ansvarlig for Mannaz’ populære proceskonsulent-uddannelse. Jeg tænkte først, at det var et fordomsfuldt opslag – for hvad ved Svend Brinkmann egentlig om proceskonsulenter?
