I am driven by working with complex challenges, creating solutions, and finding ways forward that fit the context and the people involved, drawing on new, external perspectives when necessary. I possess a high degree of diplomacy and the ability to establish connections and work at all levels of an organisation, as well as across sectors and areas of expertise. I design and facilitate engagement processes so that people step forward and make a difference by contributing their commitment, skills, ideas, and actions.
As sustainability is one of the greatest challenges of our time, I am dedicated to making a difference on the sustainability agenda. I work closely with companies and organisations as a consultant. I am also the lead facilitator on Mannaz courses in sustainability transformation and ESG, including programs in collaboration with The Confederation of Danish Industry, UN Global Compact, and EcoVadis.

I work internationally. The list of countries I have facilitated in includes Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, France, Germany, Poland, Switzerland, UK, Turkey, Thailand, Canada, and the US.
