I love problems. Primarily because problems tell us that there is something we need to change or find new solutions for. My task is often to help investigate the problem and make sure we are talking about the important issues. The important issues are often related to practical problems in everyday life for both leaders and employees.
I want to be part of developing ambitious solutions to these problems. I believe that we largely need ambitious, innovative, and courageous solutions to address the challenges of our time.
The organizations of the future will have to rethink how future service looks in relation to customers/citizens, how they attract and retain young talents, how they conduct leadership, and, above all, how they create a sustainable organization.
