Jeg er et modigt og energisk humørbundt med mere end 15 års erfaring i at udvikle, drive og implementere strategiske initiativer og projekter på nordisk-og nationalt plan.

Min legeplads har siden 2005 været – og er stadig – finanssektoren. Alt jeg underviser i testes løbende af på sprællevende individer, så jeg ved hvornår teorien virker… og hvornår man skal gøre noget andet. The pace of change is higher than ever before. This means that both organisations and projects are constantly exposed to uncertainty. It is no longer a question of whether surprises will occur – but when and how they will materialise.

Project management & Agile practices Projects – how can we measure success rates effectively?

If the success of projects is measured solely against formal frameworks, the proportion of failed projects is catastrophic. Countless studies indicate that between 60–80% of all projects fail, with 10–30% of these projects being terminated prematurely. We should therefore ask ourselves whether the formally agreed frameworks are an accurate measure of success. I would argue that the time has come to rethink how we assess the success of projects.

Success can occur by pure chance. But more often, it is the direct result of cultivating your organisation’s potential through fact-based, dedicated project management, planning, timely follow-up throughout the process and a team striving for the same goal and purpose. However, there is no manual for applying due diligence and innovation in exactly the right way at exactly the right time. Good project management is, however, a good beginning.
