René is an IPMA B Certified Senior Project Manager and Certified Scrum Master (PSM II). He has more than 30 years of practical experience in leadership roles as a Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Principal Consultant, Account Manager, and Department Manager. He possesses extensive expertise in managing and leading complex projects, facilitation, team development, coaching, and teaching project management.

As the Department Manager for Projects and Methods, René successfully built and developed a large project management department, achieving significant results in employee development and leadership. His practical experience spans the entire project lifecycle, from idea generation, planning, and execution to change management with stakeholders.

In addition to his leadership roles, René is an experienced trainer and facilitator in IPMA certification programs. He also teaches Agile project management and Scrum Master certification courses. His deep knowledge and practical experience make him a valuable mentor and coach for both aspiring and experienced project managers.
