A primary ambition for all leaders must be to develop and nourish all people in the organisation. I strongly believe that organizational results are amplified through active and present leadership, where achievements are the natural outcome of a collective effort to pull togeher, towards ambitious targets.

My expertise in leadership development comes from a variety of formal and informal training, as well as from personal experiences from 20+ years in management. I insist on a whole-system approach based in factual analysis, dialogues and expected outcome.
