I lead Mannaz Digital Learning & Leadership, a department dedicated to designing and producing high-quality e-learning courses, videos, audio, animations, virtual facilitation, and blended learning design.
I am an experienced consultant in digital and blended learning, leadership training and facilitation. My background is in business administration and communication, and I have worked for 15 years as a consultant for global companies, where remote management in global teams and digital learning and development are ingrained.
I have extensive experience in designing blended learning courses and facilitating them. I am certified in Situational Leadership and have 10 years of experience in teaching teams of leaders how to use situational leadership. In addition, I have facilitated processes around cross-cultural communication, conflict management, motivation and performance.
