At Autoliv, we challenge and re-define the standards of mobility safety to sustainably deliver leading solutions. In 2024, our products saved approximately 37,000 lives and reduced around 600,000 injuries. Our senior managers requested specific training for navigating significant change and transformation in the automotive industry. Technical excellence, customer focus and problem resolution were greatly valued qualities among senior managers, but future success depends increasingly on the capacity of senior managers to lead the business and enable their people.
Mannaz worked closely with the HR team over several months to shape a solution that would be implemented in several phases, such as a strategic leadership workshop, focusing on changes in leadership approach. This was enhanced with project work sponsored by the executive board and a new approach to change and transformation leadership in general. This programme has been an important stepping stone for many of our leaders: one small part of enabling their leadership and driving success. It is strengthening leadership capabilities among incumbents and their successors, and we have seen a substantial number of executive promotions among alumni.
