In this first session, of an ongoing series of seminars that Mannaz will be running for leaders operating within the Life Sciences sector.

Pete Harpum

Pete is a professor of biotechnology management at Grenoble Ecole de Management and a member at University College London of the Bartlett Faculty of the Built Environment.

He has edited textbooks on managing portfolios of drug development programs and projects and Strategic Portfolio Management. He also has expertise in managing creative design in the front end of projects and managing drug development projects (with many book chapters and chairing conference discussions on both)

Henrik Bjerregaard Nielsen

Henrik

Henrik is Vice President and Project Management Consultant at Mannaz. He has more than 30 years of experience working in engineering, construction, oil and gas and life sciences.

Originally trained as a structural engineer, he spent his first five years of his professional life working in this discipline, specifically responsible for design. He then broadened out to roles in management, project management and eventually, change management. He is particularly passionate about creating results through effective collaboration, detailed planning and the thorough implementation of projects.

Stuart Schofield

Stuart is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with a 25 year career in leadership assessment, development and organizational change. He has working for a variety of top-tier international consultancies both in the UK and in Hong Kong.

His expertise resides in talent management and leadership development—building capability, shifting organizational culture, and creating traction for large-scale transformation. He has advised leaders from a myriad of sectors, from aerospace, oil and gas, and engineering to media, technology, and pharmaceuticals.
