PRINCE2® – now in version 7
PRINCE2® Foundation and PRINCE2® Practitioner (including exams) are now available in a new version – 7th edition. All our PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner courses are therefore conducted in version 7.
This course is held over 3 consecutive days. Before the course you need approx. 30-50 hours of preparation time. Furthermore, there will be homework to be completed in the evenings between the course days.
During this course, you will be working on:
PRINCE2® Practitioner builds on the knowledge gained in PRINCE2® Foundation and enables you to apply the PRINCE2® methodology in real-world project environments. Upon passing the examination, you will achieve the internationally recognised PRINCE2® Practitioner certification.
Throughout the course, you will develop your ability to apply the methodology effectively and prepare for the Practitioner examination through a combination of practical exercises, case-based learning and exam-focused activities, both individually and in groups.

Project managers in private and public organisations. Some project experience is required as the course focuses on process-oriented project management according to the PRINCE2® method — not on specific tools for project management.
The course is for individuals wishing to gain an insight into the method. PRINCE2® is not a method that project managers can choose to use themselves. It is a general method, which the organisation can choose to follow in order to optimise project management.
