Mannaz’s outplacement programme is designed for precisely this purpose: to help redundant employees move on in their careers with value-adding sparring, upskilling and personal development.

 

The programme combines coaching and skills development in a flexible process that is tailored to the individual’s needs and ambitions. Through individual conversations, targeted counselling and access to over 145 programmes, we strengthen both self-confidence and drive – and pave the way for new job opportunities.

 

Whether the focus is on clarification, networking, CV optimisation or upskilling, the goal is the same: to create a safe and effective transition to the next chapter in working life.

The first meeting marks the start of the outplacement process. It is designed to provide clarity, build trust and ensure that the programme is tailored to the individual’s unique needs and ambitions.

A coach and a recruitment specialist present the structure, purpose and key elements of the outplacement programme. This includes an overview of the support offered, the tools and resources used, and how the process works.

Individual clarification interview

An individual clarification interview provides participants with a safe space to process their job loss and look ahead. The interview focuses on understanding the individual’s situation, acknowledging the change and clarifying strengths, values and ambitions. The aim is to begin defining realistic career goals, exploring new opportunities and identifying transferable skills so that the participant is in a stronger position for the next phase of their working life.

  • Understand the individual’s emotional reaction and state of mind in connection with the job loss
  • Acknowledge the change and normalise the experience
  • Explore the person’s career history, strengths and achievements
  • Understand their motivation, values and ambitions
  • Begin to define short-term and long-term career goals

Flexible and value-adding outplacement process

Our outplacement programme gives redundant employees the opportunity to choose between two flexible tracks:

  • Coaching and career counselling, where the employee gets access to five hours of individual counselling with an experienced coach or recruitment specialist. Here, we work with everything from skills assessment and motivation to networking strategy, CV optimisation and job interview training.
  • Upskilling through training, where the employee can choose from over 140 programmes and certifications in management, communication, project management, coaching and personal development – with the option of up to 6 days of learning (or 12 days with Double Up).

The tracks can be selected individually or built on top of each other, so that each employee receives exactly the support that best helps them advance in their career.

Coaching

We help your redundant employees gain clarity about their skills, values and strengths so that they are well-positioned for their next career move. Through individual conversations, we work to identify passions and past successes, strengthen motivation and uncover resources. Together, we reflect on past roles and future opportunities and prepare a personal SWOT analysis that provides a solid basis for making the right choices.

Recruitment Specialist

We ensure that your employees are visible and attractive on the job market. This is achieved through a targeted strategy for networking and activation – including via LinkedIn – as well as training in personal branding and elevator pitches. In addition, we offer sparring on application materials, including CVs, applications and LinkedIn profiles, and we prepare employees for job interviews with training, feedback and realistic mock interviews. The goal is to give them the best conditions for quickly landing a new job.

The upskilling package provides access to a wide range of Mannaz training and programmes designed to strengthen skills, explore new career paths or deepen existing expertise.

Whether the goal is to sharpen current skills, change careers or simply remain competitive in a changing labour market, the Upskilling Package offers a flexible and effective way to invest in future learning.

The Upskilling Package allows you to choose training, programmes or certifications equivalent to up to 6 days’ duration.

With the Double Up Upskilling Package, participants get access to an even wider selection of training, certifications and programmes – equivalent to up to 12 days.
