Rasmus Hviid Bach

With a background as a soldier, Kaospilot, and academic, I have a solid foundation for creating robust and tangible changes for individuals and organizations. With over 10 years of experience as a leader and consultant in contexts such as the military, private sector, public sector, and NGOs, I work with leadership and organizational development, process facilitation, and project management. I draw on a strong theoretical and practical experience, possessing a keen eye for designing training programs and translating theory into development that makes a real difference for individuals and organizations.

As a consultant and educator, my approach is engaging, informal, and inclusive, creating a safe development space that fosters a desire for professional and personal growth in individuals.

I hold degrees from the military, Kaospilot, and a master’s degree in Project and Change Management. Additionally, I have pursued further education in leadership, project management, coaching, process facilitation, and personality profiling.
