Junior Consultant
Experience

My professional background is shaped by curiosity, a trait I aim to bring into my work life. With a bachelor’s degree in dance and currently enrolled in the Kaospilot programme, focusing on organizational change and inclusive leadership, I am highly dedicated to combining bodily experiences with innovative management practices.

My educational journey has not only shaped my understanding of processes, transformation, creativity, and movement but has also sparked a keen interest in the development and learning of both individuals and groups. I am passionate about creating workplaces where there is room for differences, and where I see it as our utmost important task to establish a space where everyone can be authentic and contribute fully.

“I bring many things with me from the world of dance, which is why I would like to quote Martha Graham: You are unique, and if that is not fulfilled, then something has been lost.”
