My passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) comes through many channels in Mannaz.
In my role as EA, I support the development and execution of the Mannaz strategy, whereas I in my work as a consultant develop and facilitate DEI workshops, courses, strategies, and efforts.
I have specialised myself in diversity, cross-cultural collaboration, and change management with a focus on inclusive leadership and communication through my studies and work in both Denmark, China and South Korea. Additionally, I lead our internal DEI training and efforts, as well as the efforts on recruitment of diverse junior talents.
My facilitation style is a mix of presentation and (lots of) dialogue, and to me it is important to create a space that feels safe for learning, exploration and curiosity.
