I am an experienced facilitator and trainer and carry out consultancy assignments within project management, strategy, change management and leadership for public and private organisations.
I consider myself a generalist, which enables me to see connections between the various professional fields in which I operate.
As a facilitator, I try to emphase that results are created through involving people to be active participants. I was previously employed as an internal strategy consultant in a large energy company, where I worked with everything from strategic sparring and counselling for directors within execution to implementation on strategy, change, projects and processes.
