Most of my time is spend supporting leaders, management teams and executive boards, in developing strong and sustainable organizations. I use an integrated approach to personal development along with organizational and business development.
I bring 16 years of active leadership in various positions and for the last 8 years my aim has been to help leaders and organisations deal with complex ambitions and situations in an easy way. This includes the friction that is an inevitable part of most collaborations.
In my spare time I am happy sax player, and work as volunteer with development of young girls in Africa.
