I\’ve always felt a strong sense of purpose in being of service and helping others. That\’s also what drove me into the field of learning and development consultancy.
With a master\’s degree in Education Science I put my theoretical knowledge about e.g., policy, agile methods, transfer, intellectual history in organisational learning and development, and how to facilitate workshops in ways best suited for specific situations, to use in Mannaz. My studies also give me a solid basis for working across different areanas – public and private sectors alike.
Starting my journey with Mannaz as an Intern and since then a Junior Consultant, I have had the opportunity to work in many different areas of the expertise Mannaz holds in e.g., sustainability, project management, leadership development.
A systemic and humancentric approach to working with personal and organisational complexity is, in my opinion, imperative to conveying knowledge and methods that can create real positive impact for our clients.
