We agree on a date for the workshop with your consultant, unless it’s already set.
2. Gather participant details
We collect participant details, including name, email, mobile number, and job title.
3. Choose your location
The workshop takes place at your premises or another venue of your choice.
4. Duration
The session is highly interactive and practical, combining dialogue, reflection, and exercises that strengthen both individual self-awareness and team dynamics. A one-day workshop typically lasts 5–6 hours.
5. Personal Insights
Each participant receives a personalized profile describing their natural motivations, everyday behaviors, and responses under pressure in different situations.
6. Expert Facilitation
All our consultants are certified in the use of Lumina Spark®.
