What is a project model?

  • 3 focus group interviews with project managers and relevant management
  • Development of a project model with templates for project descriptions, Business Case, status documents and up to 10 different specific project tools
  • 1,5-hour introductory session with presentation and question/answer session for up to 25 participants

Medium

Duration: 4-6 weeks (depending on the availability of the participants)
Price: DKK 109,800

  • Initial involvement meeting with key project managers – change management (up to 30 participants)
  • 3 focus group interviews with project managers and relevant management
  • 2 reviews with feedback from project management team and management team
  • Development of a project model with templates for project descriptions, Business Case, status documents and up to 10 different specific project tools
  • Assistance with the adaptation to intranet version and clickable version
  • 3 x 1,5-hour introductory session with presentation and question/answer session for up to 25 participants

Expanded

Duration: 2-4 months (depending on the availability of the participants)
Price: 159,800 DKK

  • Initial involvement meeting with key project managers – change management (up to 30 participants)
  • 3 focus group interviews with project managers and relevant management
  • 2 reviews with feedback from project management team and management team
  • Development of a project model with templates for project descriptions, Business Case, status documents and up to 10 different specific project tools
  • Assistance with the adaptation to intranet version and clickable version
  • 3 x 1,5-hour introductory session with presentation and question/answer session for up to 25 participants
  • Individual coaching and project review of up to 10 key projects in the organisation when converting to the new model (20 hours)
  • Participation and feedback at up to 10 steering committee meetings (20 hours)

It is also possible to include other content elements in the packages such as portfolio management and training activities.
