Mads Sig Møller will become the new CEO of Mannaz, while Signe Hyldgard Heskia assumes the role of COO.

The new leadership team will strengthen Mannaz’s ability to be a close, agile, and relevant development partner to its clients. Mads Sig Møller brings fresh perspectives and a strong focus on development and continuous improvement, while Signe Hyldgard Heskia contributes deep knowledge of the organisation, its culture, and the opportunities and challenges shaping the market. Together, they will ensure even closer integration across Mannaz’s services, enabling clients to experience a strong and cohesive development partner.

At the same time, Marianne Egelund Siig will leave Mannaz at the end of October after 6.5 years as CEO.

During her tenure, she has led the growth of Mannaz and a number of significant milestones and transformations, including the relocation to Farvergade, the rebranding of Mannaz, and guiding the organization through the COVID-19 pandemic. Marianne Egelund Siig has also played an important role in strengthening Mannaz’s position as a leading voice in diversity, inclusion, and future-focused leadership in a time of significant change.

“Marianne has brought new perspectives, strong commitment, and a steadfast focus on developing both people, business and organisations. We are deeply grateful for her contributions and wish her all the very best in the future,” says Henriette Divert on behalf of the Board.
