As CEO of Mannaz, I work closely with executive teams and senior leaders to drive growth, lead complex transformations, and strengthen organisational execution. I help connect strategy, leadership, organisational design, and capability development to ensure that change delivers business impact and becomes embedded throughout the organisation.

I bring years of experience advising executive teams and leadership groups across industries and sectors. Throughout my career, I have worked on growth, strategy, transformation, and organisational development, both as a consultant and as a leader with responsibility for business performance, people, and results. This has given me a broad perspective on what it takes to set direction, mobilise organisations, and turn strategic ambitions into sustainable outcomes.

My approach is structured, pragmatic, and collaborative. I believe in solid analysis and clear choices, while also investing in the leaders and organisations responsible for carrying change forward. Today, I am particularly focused on how leadership, learning, and AI can be integrated to transform emerging technological opportunities into lasting organisational value.
