Experience

With a background in anthropology, I have a natural curiosity inpeople and cultures, which has taken me around the world and led to extended stays in places like San Francisco, Buenos Aires, and Zanzibar.

As an anthropologist, I am trained in qualitative methods and analysis. At Mannaz, I work on the development and design of culture and behavior analyses for major Danish clients. I am also a strong communicator, capable of conveying complex datasets and analyses in a simple and clear manner.

Furthermore, I have specialized in diversity, equality, and inclusion (DEI). Combining this with my anthropological toolkit allows me to identify barriers to inclusion—whether in society, the workplace, or teams. I assist companies in developing and implementing DEI strategies tailored to their specific needs and their stage on the DEI journey.

“The most important thing I can do is to listen – not just to what is being said, but especially to what is not being said. Much remains unsaid or needs to be read between the lines, and I see it as my primary task to listen to the unsaid.”
