Pete primarily offers expertise in:
I have spent 20 years as a catalyst for and leader of organisational transformation, working as a management consultant and educator, predominantly in the life sciences and high technology engineering sectors. I have a range of organisational change leadership competencies across multiple industries and territories. Working with people in organisations, I seek to understand what lies behind the desire for change: below the apparently rational needs, behind the explicit reasoning.
I am a Professor of Biotechnology Management at Grenoble École de Management and on the faculty and external examiner at The Bartlett, the world’s number 1 School for the Built Environment (at University College London). My area of technical organisational expertise is the execution of strategy through portfolio, program, and project management. My research is predominantly in how to most effectively manage the early stages of projects, including managing design and drug discovery and development programs.
