Henrik Challis is the Managing Director of Mannaz Sweden as well as an experienced change leader and executive coach.

He is a seasoned leader with international experience who leads and supports organisations with large scale strategy realization, implementation, business development and organizational transformation.

As Management Consultant and Executive Coach, Henrik has facilitated and supported numerous change, innovation and transformation processes across the private and public sector.

He was leader of the team awarded with the Danish “Management Award 2009” in the
category of strategy and business development for a large-scale turnaround assignment in Vestas Wind Systems A/S.
