I am the project manager at Mannaz, coordinating medium and large-scale leadership development projects across Scandinavia and Europe in the public, private, and NGO sectors. With over 20 years of experience, including three years living and working in Milan, I bring extensive project management expertise.

I combine a client-focused approach with strong commercial awareness, adapting my methods to meet each client’s unique needs. With excellent communication and project management skills, I take pride in delivering high-quality results efficiently.

I oversee all planning and logistics, working closely with clients to maximise employee engagement and ensure smooth delivery from initial briefing to final evaluation. My tasks include supporting contracting, scheduling, managing surveys and materials, supporting online academies, liaising with stakeholders, booking sessions, coordinating venues, and following up continuously to meet both activity and financial goals. Throughout every phase, I ensure secure and effective project management and coordination
