Erfarenhet & bakgrund

Jag har en magisterexamen i lärande och förändringsprocesser med inriktning mot Embodied Leadership. Dessutom är jag psykomotorisk terapeut och systemisk processkonsult. Jag arbetar med en helhetssyn i mina utvecklingsprogram där ledare och medarbetare aktivt engageras i förändringsprocessen. Embodied Leadership handlar om att utvidga sitt eget handlingsutrymme, oavsett var i organisationen man arbetar, vilket kvalificerar beslutsfattande och samarbetsrelationer.
