Process consultant and leadership developer for Sweden

Are you solidly founded within leadership and organizational development and are ready to leverage your skills and help leaders fulfil their potential? And do you have the skills to facilitate leadership development programmes for some of the leading companies in Sweden? Then this might be an interesting career opportunity for you.

 At Mannaz, we are organizing for significant growth and we see great potential in expanding further in Sweden where we currently have footprints with office registration in Malmö and presence in Stockholm. In our efforts to grasp the opportunities ahead of us, we are looking for an additional team member to join our Swedish practice within Leaders & Talents.

The role requires you to excel within facilitation of leadership development processes, designing processes for how to handle change and how to cooperate across borders. You will be delivering either on your own or in pair with a colleague. You will also have to be experienced and willing to do proposal writing. Most of the delivering work takes place at our clients’ locations and will include travel.

Key tasks include

  • Facilitate leadership programmes.
  • Design and improve ongoing leadership programmes.
  • Process design.
  • Proposal writing.

Your qualifications and experience

  • A relevant master degree or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years’ experience in consulting, HR or leadership development.
  • Excellent consulting and facilitation skills with record of accomplishment.
  • A sound business and commercial acumen.
  • Well-founded within learning methodologies.
  • Great coaching skills.
  • GDQ, MBTI, PAPI, DISC or relevant techniques for team or individual development

  • Passion for business, people and leadership development.
  • Able to contribute quickly to an existing platform of business.
  • Organizational savviness and self-motivated yet a great team player.
