London Breakfast Event: Keep Calm and Lead On

Piloting Global Organisations in an era of Disruption, Discord, and Dissonance

The year 2017 has seen a rapid acceleration of “climate change” in technology, demographics, politics, and global economics re-shaping the landscape for leadership in complex global organisations.

Leaders increasingly face unexpected challenges, and spend more time and energy keeping teams focused and functioning amidst an external environment of increasing chaos and ambiguity.

Join David Everhart, the SVP of Mannaz’s International business for a session where he defines the changing challenges facing global leaders and what to do about them.

  1. What are the demographic, economic, and technological challenges facing global organisations today?
  2. What is a “global” organisation? What level of “globalness” is right for my organisation?
  3. What are the key leadership characteristics necessary for global executives to master to successfully navigate this turbulent ocean of change?

David has spent the past thirty years working exclusively with cross-boundary leaders in MNCs in North America, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Africa and Europe. He has worked with dozens of organisations across many industry sectors helping to assess, select, recruit and develop leaders and high-potential talent. David has had a front row seat to the rise of China, India, and other fast-growing markets and worked with Western firms that have both faltered and flourished in this new world order. Join him and the Mannaz London team for a lively discussion.
