Learn more about Anette Forsner-Hansen, Client Director in Mannaz.
I have a background in Political Science and an MBA. I really appreciate putting my skills to use working with clients from both the public and private sectors.
What do you do in Mannaz?
I work closely with managers and executives with a special emphasis on designing and facilitating organisational changes and aligning strategies through engaging and energetic processes. I take great pride in helping our clients grow their capabilities. I also take part in our leadership talent programmes. I work out of our Copenhagen office.
What motivates you?
There are so many things that energise and motivate me – working as a team with clients and colleagues, finding feasible ways through complex situations. Most of all, the moments when I can sense leaders are seeing new ways of achieving results and sparking new energy into their organisation, and the opportunity to be part of the processes that enables people in the organisation to commit to making a difference.
What is your greatest accomplishment?
That’s a tough one – I’m quite sure most of my achievements have been the result of a team effort with clients and consultants working hard to move the organisation. And sometimes seeing the results of your own work takes years – I’m most proud when I meet participants and leaders that have been part of our programmes and see how they have realised their potential.
What mistake have you learned the most from?
Impatience – with processes and people – and not listening carefully enough to voices of doubt.
